Barcelona supporters have taken aim at Real Madrid manager Álvaro Arbeloa during the club’s La Liga title festivities, following their 2-0 victory over Real Madrid in Matchday 35 on Sunday.
The Blaugrana officially clinched the league crown with that win, prompting an open-top bus parade through the streets of Catalonia. One fan could be seen holding up a model of a funnel, a clear reference to Arbeloa.

Earlier, Spanish radio station Cadena COPE reported that a group of disgruntled Real Madrid players had started privately referring to their coach as “el cono,” meaning “the funnel,” due to dissatisfaction with some of his decisions.

During the Clásico at Spotify Camp Nou, Barcelona fans had already brought funnel-shaped models bearing Arbeloa’s image. Chants of “Stay, funnel! Stay, funnel!” echoed around the stadium, mocking Real Madrid’s results under his leadership. The taunts continued as the title celebrations got underway, highlighting the bitter rivalry between the two clubs.
